About the Author
Sam Unom is a governance specialist with extensive experience in developing and implementing institutional change and organizational strengthening programs and projects in complex operating environments. He has worked as project manager, team leader, senior adviser or sole consultant on projects funded by DFID, USAID, the World Bank, EU, CIDA, Shell, UNDP, and numerous other clients and employers, further to an earlier career in the media and academia. He currently runs a start-up consultancy that undertakes institutional and governance analysis, organizational development and the design, management and review of change projects. Sam holds two graduate degrees in public management (Harvard) and African studies (Oxford).
