Ryan Devine is an Editorial Associate at FEE. He earned a BA in Psychology from Salisbury University and an MPA from Villanova University. At Salisbury, he received the Psychology Department Award, presented to a graduating senior in recognition of academic achievement and meaningful contributions to the department.

Ryan held positions at several colleges and universities, and worked on the Research team at the Foundation for Individual Rights and Expression (FIRE). His time at FIRE sparked a lasting interest in free speech and individual liberty. He is grateful for the opportunity to continue advancing those principles through his work at FEE.
