Pedro Henrique Engler Urso is a Brazilian with a degree in Foreign Trade, a law student at Mackenzie Presbyterian University, and holds a postgraduate degree in European Union Law from the University of Coimbra. He is a columnist for the Young Talents for Freedom program at the Millenium Institute and currently works at the 39th Civil Division of the São Paulo State Court of Justice.
