Matt Fleming is Pacific Research Institute's Director of Communications, where he focuses on media relations, digital communications, editing PRI's magazine, Impact, and contributing to the Free Cities and Right by the Bay blogs.

His work has appeared in publications throughout the country, including The Weekly Standard, The Huffington Post, Fox News, Chicago Tribune, and USA Today.

Matt has a BA in journalism from the University of Maryland and an MBA from Jessup University in Rocklin. He lives in Placer County with his wife, Melissa, and their two kids, Grace and Luke.
