About the Author

Marcus Maldonado is a Programs Associate with Students for Liberty, and the founder of the Wave Center for Policy and Enterprise, a think-tank based at Tulane University. He received his bachelors in political economy at Tulane in 2020, and he has served as an intern and development associate with the Pelican Institute for Public Policy.
