Andrea holds a degree in Economics with a specialization in Finance from Francisco Marroquín University in Guatemala, where she also serves as a teaching assistant in Economics and Freedom Philosophy. She currently works as a Program Associate at the Foundation for Economic Education (FEE) and as a macroeconomic analyst for the British financial firm EMFI Securities. She has been a speaker and session chair at the Association of Private Enterprise Education (APEE). Her main research interests include institutional economics and economic growth in less developed countries. Additionally, she is a member of the board of the Faith and Liberty Institute in Guatemala.
