Gabriel Giguère is a Senior Policy Analyst at the Montreal Economic Institute. He is primarily interested in issues related to public finances, housing, and energy. He appears regularly on radio and in the written press to comment on current affairs and propose policy reforms based on market principles.

Prior to joining the MEI in 2021, Gabriel worked on Parliament Hill in Ottawa, which deepened his understanding of the decision-making process and the realities of the world of politics. He holds a master’s degree in applied policy studies from the University of Sherbrooke.
