Bernanke Pledges No “Higher Inflation”

“Federal Reserve Chairman Ben S. Bernanke defended the central bank’s newly established price goal and rejected suggestions he was prepared to allow higher inflation to create jobs. “We are not seeking higher inflation,” Bernanke said yesterday….” (Bloomberg)
