Most Disaster Agencies Rated Unprepared


Only 6 of 75 United States cities, counties and territories rate top grades for their emergency agencies’ ability to communicate in a disaster, according to a draft portion of a federal report obtained Tuesday by The Associated Press. (New York Times, Wednesday)
