Our guest Robert Levy, senior legal scholar in constitutional studies and chairman of the board of directors at Cato Institute, spoke about how twelve Supreme Court cases radically expanded government and eroded freedom. His articles on law, investments and public policy have appeared in the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, USA Today, Washington Post, National Review, and many other publications. Robert Levy holds PhD in finance from the American University in Washington, DC and juris doctor degree from George Mason School of Law in Arlington, Va. He has been a long time friend of the Foundation for Economic Education.
