Estate of C. S. Lewis Battles Over Web Address

Richard Saville-Smith paid pound;70 for the name www.narnia.mobi so his son Comrie, 10, who is a CS Lewis fan, could use it for his e-mail address. But now CS Lewis (Pte) wants the name for itself. A complaint has been lodged with the World Intellectual Property Organization. (BBC, Sunday)

Mr. Saville-Smith discovered the opportunity first. This should be the only consideration.
