Rachel Cooper is an Educational Programs Associate assisting with domestic classroom programs. A born-and-raised Hoosier, she holds a B.A. in American Sign Language Interpreting from Indiana University–Indianapolis.

Rachel was first introduced to FEE through her high school debate program, where she read Seven Principles of Sound Public Policy and Economics in One Lesson. After completing the Hazlitt Fellowship, Rachel returned as a Hazlitt Fellow and Events Intern the following summer.

In her free time, Rachel enjoys cooking, hiking, reading, and knitting.
