Pericles Niarchos
Chief Programs and Innovation Officer
Pericles Niarchos is Chief Programs and Innovation Officer at the Foundation for Economic Education where he leads the development of new initiatives and programs to expand the organization’s reach, relevance, and long-term impact. His work focuses on institutional innovation—integrating emerging technologies, strengthening program design, and building platforms that bring ideas to life in ways that are inspiring and enduring.
Pericles comes to FEE from the Cato Institute, where as director of student programs and associate director of Libertarianism.org, he led initiatives aimed at expanding the organization’s educational reach and effectiveness, and helped guide strategy, operations, and collaborative efforts across a wide range of stakeholders and partners.
Pericles has held roles at the Institute for Justice, the Charles Koch Foundation, and the Institute for Humane Studies, where he worked on initiatives spanning grassroots activism, talent development, and organizational operations in support of a world where people are free to pursue and realize their dreams.
In parallel with his institutional work, Pericles is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of 10Forward Technologies, an engineering company focused on developing early-stage technologies across mechanical, electrical, and software systems.
He holds a B.A. in History with a minor in Political Science from Drexel University.
