Armando Regil (Twitter: @armando_regil) is Founder and CEO of i2Co: School of Transformative Leadership, which is a school for creative leadership, design, and innovation dedicated to accelerating leaders (in business, government, and organizations) through the design of MasterClasses, personal transformation, and learning experiences to generate creative solutions and exponential innovation.
In 2020, Armando was named CEO of Data Disrupt for Systems Transformation, an artificial intelligence and big data company created in 2020 to lead and inspire the transformation of data systems to intelligent solutions for both businesses, governments, and civil society organizations. He is a co-founder. Since 2008, he is the founding president of the Instituto de Pensamiento Estratégico Ágora A.C. (IPEA), the first Mexican "think" and "do" tank of young people dedicated to promoting freedom in Mexico and forming a generation of leaders who think and act strategically in the private sector, public and civil society. In 2012 he founded One Million Youth for Mexico, an organization (citizen, non-partisan and independent network) which he also chairs and in 2016 he founded ELEGIR: Observatory of Economic and Political Freedom.
He has a degree in International Business with honors from the Tec de Monterrey. He studied Economics and Public Policy at Georgetown University, where he also participated in the Global Competitiveness Leadership Program, Systems Leadership and Systems Transformation at Stanford University and Creative Leadership at THNK School of Creative Leadership in Amsterdam.
He has also studied at the Liechtenstein Academy in Switzerland, University of International Business and Economics in Beijing, Escuela Superior de Economía y Administración de Empresas in Buenos Aires, Universidad Francisco Marroquín in Guatemala, The Leadership Institute in Virginia, Acton University in Michigan, and Atlas Leadership Academy in Washington D.C.
In 2010 he was selected as one of the ten Potentialists in Mexico by American Express and has participated as a speaker at TEDxDF 2010 and TEDxMexicoCity 2016. He is an alumni of the Global Shapers - Mexico City Hub community, an initiative of the World Economic Forum (World Economic Forum) and the Think Tank New Media Editorial Advisory Board.
In 2016 he was selected as one of the 50 Shapers (Davos 50) from around the world to attend the annual meeting of the World Economic Forum in Davos where he launched the global campaign #LetsBe1One. In 2017, he participated in the annual meeting of the Global Future Councils in Dubai organized by the World Economic Forum and the government of the United Arab Emirates.
Armando is a member of the Network of Experts of the World Economic Forum and Geopolitical Intelligence Services, founded by H.S.H. Prince Michael of Liechtenstein. In 2017, he became a Concordia Ambassador as a member of the Young Professionals Program. He is a columnist for El País, El Economista, CNN Mexico, Forbes Mexico, Diario de las Américas and PanAm Post. He has published two books: La respuesta eres tú: Una visión de liderazgo para jóvenes emprendedores (2006) and Un millón de jóvenes por México: Una agenda de libertad y corresponsabilidad (Taurus 2012). In 2020 he will publish his third book: From Total Disruption to Total (RE)invention: (RE)discover your power to (RE)initiate and (RE)imagine everything (2020). He participates as a guest in the TV program: Sale el Sol by Imagen Televisión where he addresses issues related to leadership, empowerment, entrepreneurship, innovation and motivation for a very diverse audience.
Armando is an international speaker on various topics. He has given more than 300 speeches in Mexico, the United States, Spain, Colombia, Peru, Panama, Guatemala, El Salvador and the Dominican Republic. He has been the youngest speaker in the World WOBI's Leadership Forum, whose main customers include Siemens Energy, Oracle, SAP, Thermo Fisher Scientific, Dell, Sodexo and Colgate-Palmolive. He has lectured at Yale University, Georgetown and Duke as well as the Mexican Senate.
He is a facilitator of the creative process designed by i2Co School to inspire and help leaders reinvent themselves and transform their environment by co-creating creative solutions to complex problems.

Es licenciado en Negocios Internacionales con mención honorífica por el Tec de Monterrey. Estudió Economía y Políticas Públicas en la Universidad de Georgetown, donde también participó en el Programa de Liderazgo para la Competitividad Global, Liderazgo en Sistemas y Transformación.
