U.S.-Colombia Trade Pact Languishes in Congress


“Colombia’s ambassador to Washington, Gabriel Silva, says his country will soon celebrate the advent of a free trade agreement with a North American economic power. That would be Colombia’s free-trade deal with Canada. The Colombia-Canada trade pact takes effect Aug. 15, Ambassador Silva notes.
