Unemployment Jumps to 9.8 Percent

“Employers added fewer jobs than forecast in November and the unemployment rate unexpectedly increased…. The jobless rate rose to 9.8 percent, the highest since April, while hours worked and earnings stagnated.” (Bloomberg)
