Just when people are thinking of dusting off their CVs at New Year, campaigning group the TaxPayers' Alliance has published a list of advertised public sector 'non-jobs'. Other apparent non-jobs cited by the group include a Cardboard Citizens Managing Director (salary pound;45,000) or a Civil Resilience Manager (pound;39,132 a year). (Daily Telegraph, Friday)
But the real problem goes beyond non-productive jobs with silly titles.
