Smoke-Free Restaurants, Bars Decreed in N.J.


“Smoking in bars and restaurants in New Jersey will be outlawed as of April 15, under a bill approved overwhelmingly Monday by the Assembly. Lawmakers exempted the Atlantic City gaming floors, though bars and restaurants in the casino hotels will be covered. Cigar bars are also exempted.” (Asbury Park Press, Tuesday)
