John Aldridge

John Aldridge is the Director of Organizational Management and Leadership Programs and Assistant Professor of Business and Technology in the College of Adult and Graduate Studies (CAGS) at Colorado Christian University. He is a member of the FEE Faculty Network.

John is a behavioral technologist and serial entrepreneur with over twenty-five years of experience in the technical development, design and application of social-technologies.  John has presented internationally on social media and emerging technologies. John’s research interests include, Social Media and Socio-Technology, Knowledge Management, Economics / Poverty Theory, Organizational Behavior, Work/Family, and Diversity.

John received his undergraduate and master's degrees from the University of Colorado at Boulder and Regis University in Denver with Honors where he studied cognitive psychology and Industrial Psychology/Organizational Management. He holds a second MA in Organizational Development and a Ph.D. in Human & Organizational Systems from the Fielding Graduate University at Santa Barbara, California.
