Upcoming Seminars

Introduction to Austrian Economics
Markets and Human Action

Location: Toronto, Ontario
Dates: Fall 2026

Introduction to Austrian Economics is an immersive seminar on the Austrian tradition of economic thinking. The Austrian approach aims to explain how real-world markets work through human action, entrepreneurship, and the flow of knowledge in society.

Participants will explore how prices coordinate billions of individual people, why capital and time shape economic progress, and how booms and busts emerge when government monetary policies distort market signals. Along the way, the seminar introduces the Austrian critique of central planning and interventionism, emphasizing the limits of what policymakers can know and control.

Participants will leave with a clear framework for analyzing economic questions—from inflation and housing to innovation and regulation—and a deeper appreciation for the moral and practical case for a free and prosperous society.
