Young Scholars Program
The Association of Private Enterprise Education (APEE) invites young scholars to apply for the Young Scholars Program Award, which offers financial support for first-time and returning participants of the APEE 49th Meeting. Successful applicants receive a discounted registration fee of $80 and a stipend to help cover expenses. Eligible candidates include current graduate students, post-doctoral researchers, and early career assistant professors, but prior recipients of multiple awards should not reapply. Applications are due by January 22, 2025, with notifications on January 31, and should be submitted via email with required documents.
Undergraduate Research Competition
The Association of Private Enterprise Education (APEE) invites undergraduate students to apply for the 2025 Undergraduate Research Competition, which includes a poster session at the APEE 49th Meeting on April 7, 2025. Applicants must be 21 years old by April 6, 2025, and must have a faculty sponsor to complete a Sponsor Responsibility Agreement Form. The top presentations will be selected for awards, and a Members’ Choice award will also be voted on by conference attendees. Applications are due by January 22, 2025, with notifications on January 31, 2025, and registration due by March 4, 2025.
American Institute for Economic Research (AEIR)
AIER’s Graduate Fellowships are transformative 12-week programs designed for graduate students advancing areas such as classical liberalism and free market economics. Fellows work on projects like dissertations or theses, develop customized project plans, and present their research to AIER staff and the public. Throughout the fellowship, students collaborate with AIER scholars to enhance their skills and build professional networks. The fellowships are awarded through a competitive application process for Fall, Spring, and Summer semesters, with orientation at the start date.
Atlas Network
Atlas Network offers a competitive internship program focused on hands-on learning and meaningful projects tailored to your interests. Interns receive $14/hour and can choose between part-time and full-time options, with flexible scheduling in a hybrid work environment. Throughout the internship, you'll gain valuable skills, receive one-on-one mentorship, and build a network of professional connections. Internships are available in various departments, and applicants should have work authorization in the U.S.; preference is given to candidates in the DC metro area.
Candidate Development School
The Leadership Institute's Candidate Development School equips current and potential candidates with essential skills for a successful political career. Led by top campaign experts and elected officials, the program covers personal branding, communications strategies, and fundraising. Ideal for those planning to run for office soon or in the future, candidates are encouraged to apply quickly due to the program's competitive nature.
Campaign Leadership College
The Campaign Leadership College (CLC), offered by the Leadership Institute, is a nine-day intensive program designed to train conservative campaign executives in managing successful political campaigns. Attendees will learn skills such as fundraising, resource management, strategy development, and grassroots organization. Limited to 50 students, the program also offers full scholarships for those pursuing careers in campaign management and related fields.

The Pepperdine Policy Partners Program (P4) collaborates with a distinctive, nationwide consortium of professional and academic organizations that share a commitment to preparing the next generation of leaders in politics and policy within governments, nonprofits, and the private sector. If affiliated with a partner organization, you may be eligible for significant scholarships and additional benefits while pursuing your master of public policy at Pepperdine.
