More Woes for the Motor City


“As the mayor prepares to deliver his fifth State of the City address tonight, he is dealing with a troubled city undergoing pockets of rebirth — economic development that has put a shine on the city, but not enough to close its growing budget gaps and rid it of persistent blight.” (Detroit Free Press, Tuesday)
