Stephen is Senior Marketing Analytics Manager for the team at FEE, where he focuses on data science, email segmentation and marketing strategy.
Deeply moved by his experiences working among the poorest communities in South Asia, Stephen sought out solutions to extreme poverty at Brandeis University, eventually writing his Master's thesis on brain circulation (how certain types of high-skilled migration significantly boost economic growth in sending countries).
Stephen grew up in Latin America, and has lived and worked in East Asia and South Asia. In his free time, he enjoys listening to A.R. Rahman, cycling, learning new technical skills, and being mediocre at team sports.
