About
Jackson Watkins is a Senior Graphic Designer at FEE. His professional career and academic career have both been almost entirely design focused.
After a brief (and regrettable) moment as a progressive in 2015, he began exploring the ideas of liberty and limited government through economists and philosophers like Friedrich Hayek and Karl Popper. Though initially more conservative leaning, he became fully libertarian while pursuing a graduate education in design.
He came to FEE with a strong desire to spread the message of economic freedom through design, and to be an advocate for freedom in a field often dominated by very paternalistic ideas. In his free time he is an avid home brewer, a lousy musician, and the owner of a Saint Bernard.
