About the Author

Gordon Miller is an MA in Economics student in the Manuel H. Johnson Center for Political Economy at Troy University. He also holds a B.S. in Music Education degree from Troy and anticipates beginning a PhD program in Fall 2018. His research interests include technology, entrepreneurship, and development.
