Brianne Wolf is assistant professor of political science and director of the political economy program at Ashland University, where she teaches courses on political economy and political thought.
She did her undergraduate work at Michigan State University, and has an M.A. from the University of Chicago and a Ph.D. in political science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison for her dissertation work on the relationship between freedom and aesthetic judgment in the modern age.
She has published on both Jean-Jacques Rousseau and Adam Smith. During summer 2018, Brianne will be a Smith Scholar in residence at Liberty Fund in Indianapolis.
