Think like a Philosopher, Act like an Entrepreneur (with Ottawa University)
The Foundation for Economic Education (FEE) is excited to partner with the Gwartney Institute at Ottawa University to bring this empowering one-day experience to high schoolers in the Kansas area.
Philosophers are known for their keen ability to imagine new possibilities and question prevailing ideas. Entrepreneurs are often described as "philosophers in action" because they bring the spirit of curiosity and open-mindedness to the marketplace when they create new services and products. In this session, FEE's Director of Entrepreneurial Education TK Coleman will explore 3 basic principles of entrepreneurship and will show you how those principles can be used not only to create products, but to also become better thinkers and influencers in every area of life.
A limited number of travel reimbursement scholarships are available through the Gwartney Institute. For more information, see: https://www.ottawa.edu/gwartney-institute
