On Thursday, October 25, at 5:30 p.m. legal scholar Robert Levy will deliver a FEE-sponsored lecture entitled “Contrasting Constitutional Perspectives: Liberal vs. Conservative vs. Libertarian.” The lecture offers a comparison of legal philosophies to several current public policy debates such as campaign finance reform, gun control, and same-sex marriage.
Robert Levy is senior legal scholar in constitutional studies and chairman of the board of directors at Cato Institute. His articles on law, investments and public policy have appeared in the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, USA Today, Washington Post, National Review, and many other publications. Robert Levy received his Ph.D. in business from the American University and his J.D. degree from the George Mason University School of Law. He has been a long-time friend of the Foundation for Economic Education.
