If you are flying, plan to fly into Dayton International Airport (DAY). FEE will provide a shuttle to campus from each airport on arrival day and back to each airport on departure day. Shuttles will begin running at 11:30 AM from the airport and will stop running at 5 PM on July 10th. The last shuttle will leave campus at 12 PM on July 13th. We will email you details about the shuttle as the seminar gets closer.

Because of the travel time to and from the campus, please choose a flight that arrives before 1:30 PM on Tuesday, July 10th and a flight that departs after 9:30 AM on Friday, July 13th.

You will be staying in traditional dorm rooms with a roommate of your same gender and will share a community bathroom with other students on your hall, also of your same gender.
