If you are flying, plan to fly into Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport. FEE will provide a shuttle to campus from each airport on arrival day and back to each airport on departure day. Shuttles will begin running at 11:30 AM from the airport and will stop running at 5 PM on July 24th. The last shuttle will leave campus at 12 PM on July 27th. We will email you details about the shuttle as the seminar gets closer.
Because of the travel time to and from the campus, please choose a flight that arrives before 1:30 PM on Tuesday, July 24th and a flight that departs after 9:30 AM on Friday, July 27th.
You will be staying in traditional dorm rooms with a roommate of your same gender and will share a community bathroom with other students on your hall, also of your same gender. Linens are NOT provided, so you will need to bring your own bedding (sheets sized Twin XL or a sleeping bag), a pillow, and a towel. Be sure to bring any toiletries (shampoo, body wash, toothbrush, etc.) you might need as well.
If you have questions, contact Anna Jane Parrill at [email protected].
