Travel Information

Vanderbilt University, Tennessee

You should plan to arrive at Vanderbilt University (2201 West End Ave, Nashville, TN 37235) no later than 3:30 PM on Tuesday, June 12th, and all participants are required to leave by 12 PM on Friday, June 15th.

If you are flying, plan to fly into Nashville International Airport. FEE will provide a shuttle from the airport to campus (and back). We will email you details about the shuttle as the seminar gets closer.

Because of the travel time to and from the campus, please choose a flight that arrives before 1:30 PM on Tuesday, June 12th and a flight that departs after 9:30 AM on Friday, June 15th.

You will be staying in traditional dorm rooms with a roommate of your same gender and will share a community bathroom with other students on your hall, also of your same gender. Linens are NOT provided, so you will need to bring your own bedding (sheets sized Twin XL or a sleeping bag), a pillow, and a towel. Be sure to bring any toiletries (shampoo, body wash, toothbrush, etc.) you might need as well.
