2018 Economics in Action at Waverly High School

Wednesday, May 2, 2018 9:00 AM
13401 Amberly Rd, Waverly, NE 68462

What's the relationship between natural rights and markets? Professors James R. Harrigan and Antony Davies will be tackling that question head-on. During their 4-hour program at Waverly High School they will give students a taste of college-level economics, political science, and philosophy.

What's on the agenda?
During immersive lectures, thought experiments, and Q&A discussions, students will learn about the importance of property rights, strong character, individual responsibility, and their relationship to markets so they can make sound economic choices, both personally and professionally.
