We recommend you fly into either Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) or John Wayne Airport (SNA). LAX is about 45 minutes  from Chapman University. John Wayne Airport is a regional airport and about 15 minutes from Chapman however, flights may be more expensive. You are responsible for finding transportation to and from the airport.

Please choose a flight that arrives before 12:00 p.m. on Friday, April 25 and do not plan to leave the seminar earlier than 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 27.

If you are able to leave Sunday evening, please indicate that on your travel form, so we don't pay another night for an unneeded room. There will be rooms available on Sunday night for those who need to leave on Monday, such as those who are flying or those who are driving more than two hours.

You will be staying at the DoubleTree by Hilton Anaheim- Orange County, which is about a 10-minute drive from Chapman University. FEE will provide transportation to and from the hotel and lectures for students who do not drive to the seminar.

If you are driving, parking is complementary at the hotel and $2 per day at Chapman University.
