Economics of Personal Health and Nutrition:

This program will take place in one of the nation’s most popular cities, Austin, TX, on the campus of St. Edward’s University. You’ll have a chance to explore the city during our evening socials. Here is a list of attractions if you’re interested in staying after the program or coming in early!

Plan to fly into Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS). St. Edward’s is about 12 minutes from the airport, and you are responsible for finding transportation to and from the airport.  

Please choose a flight that arrives before 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 8th and do not plan to leave the seminar earlier than 7:30 a.m. on Saturday, July 11th.

You will be staying in traditional dorm rooms with a roommate of your same gender and will share a community bathroom with other students on your wing, also of your same gender. Linens are provided, including a pillow, pillow case, fitted sheet, flat sheet, blanket and towel.

Please choose a flight that arrives before 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 12th and do not plan to leave the seminar earlier than 7:30 a.m. on Wednesday, July 15th.

You will be staying in traditional dorm rooms with a roommate of your same gender and will share a community bathroom with other students on your wing, also of your same gender. Linens are provided, including a pillow, pillow case, fitted sheet, flat sheet, blanket and towel.
