FEE President Lawrence W. Reed Speaks on the American Presidency

FEE President Lawrence W. Reed recently took the stage at George Mason University in Arlington, Virginia, to discuss the American Presidency in a presentation titled, "My Favorite President." Reed spoke about several presidents from the nineteenth century, including Tyler, Garfield, and Cleveland--all of whom exemplified limited-government and free-market principles.
These so-called "do-nothing" presidents fought to prevent the growth and expansion of the federal government during their terms. Reed argued that these presidents are as much a part of the liberty movement as we are today. See the whole talk below.
