		<description>I don&#039;t favor coercion, but if we must experiment with it let us start by mandating every elected or politically appointed federal employee working in D.C. and the immediate area be required to live in D.C. and take public transportation to work. This might be the fastest way to reduce the size of government as there is no way they would ever subject themselves to what they wish to impose upon the rest of us.</description>
